Carburetor is an important part of motorcycle, plunger carburetor float chamber oil intake using needle valve and float control automatic oil intake system. The hinge structure between the fuel float and the carburetor seat, the fuel height of the engine running float chamber decreases with the consumption of fuel, the float drives the float tongue and the fuel needle valve to move downward, so that the fuel needle valve is opened and the fuel flows into the float chamber. When the amount of fuel oil flowing into the float chamber is less than the fuel consumption of the engine, the needle seat is open and the fuel flows into the float chamber. When the fuel height of the float chamber rises to the set height of the float, the fuel float rises under the action of buoyance and drives the float tongue and needle valve to move upward, and the needle valve and the seat form a sealed working face to prevent the fuel from continuing to enter the carburetor float chamber, so that the oil level height of the carburetor float chamber is within the set value range. The height of carburetor float is the key to the matching of carburetor and engine.

The quality of the plunger carburetor and the matching of the engine determine the performance and fuel economy of the motorcycle. The match between carburetor and engine can be realized by adjusting the carburetor, so that the performance of the engine under various working conditions can reach **** and improve the fuel economy of the motorcycle.

The matching difference between the carburetor and the engine is mainly reflected in: after the motorcycle is run in, the hot car starting still needs to close the carburetor choke frequently; The engine overheats during normal driving; When the motorcycle is driving at high speed, there is a setback phenomenon. The mixture can not be completely burned, the motorcycle power is poor, the spark plug carbon deposit is serious, the exhaust pipe is black smoke, the power decline, the acceleration is weak; Excessive fuel consumption, poor fuel economy.

The oil level of the carburetor float chamber is too low, the combustible mixture entering the engine is too thin, the gasoline molecular spacing becomes larger, the combustion speed of the mixture slows down, and most of the heat generated by combustion is absorbed by the engine cylinder block, piston and barhead, resulting in the engine temperature rising and the engine overheating. Overheating of the engine reduces the performance of the lubricating oil, accelerates the wear of the parts and shortens the service life of the motorcycle. The oil level of the carburetor float chamber is too high, the fuel atomization is poor, the combustible mixture is too thick, and the mixture can not be completely burned. There is a large amount of carbon deposition in the combustion chamber, the top of the piston, the piston ring groove and the spark plug electrode, which reduces the volume of the combustion chamber and changes the engine compression ratio. Carbon accumulation and high temperature make the crankcase lubricating oil deteriorate, and the engine accelerates the wear of piston ring and cylinder block due to poor lubrication. The combustible mixture is too strong, and the mixture does not give you complete combustion, which leads to the decrease of motorcycle power and the increase of fuel consumption; The combustible mixture is too strong, and the mixture is completely burned so that the exhaust pollutants of the motorcycle exceed the standard.
